Tech Lead for Percona team

What you will do:

Guide technical design and architecture for a team of backend and frontend engineers
Review and write design documents, review Pull Requests and explore new implementation ideas
Partner with engineering teams from Percona to research and propose improvements to existing Products
Be a "player/mentor" for the team, getting your hands into code and design where required
Foster a culture of mutual respect and collaborative decision-making
Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes

What is the project tech-stack:

Backend: Golang, docker, k8s
Frontend: JS, TS, React, Grafana
Infrastructure: Jenkins, Github Actions, Terraform, Docker, k8s, Python, Bash, AWS
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySql, Mongo, Managed DBs (e.g. AWS RDS)
Testing: CodeceptJS, BATS, Cypress, Playwright

What you should be experienced with:

Delivering both shipped and SaaS software solutions
Observability, Databases and/or Orchestration
Golang development (3+ Years)
Building distributed clusters for (at least one) PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
Remote management of individual contributors and people management
Open Source communities, open source development processes
