Email Marketing Specialist / Lead Generator

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning:
- Research and identify potential lead sources, including social media, online databases, and industry events, others.
- Be proficient in recognizing intent signals to identify new opportunities for the company.
- Suggest quarterly campaign plans.
Communications:
- Develop campaign communications, including email campaign sequences.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the company's expertise and services, and technologies.
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass qualified leads to the Sales team
Technical Ecosystem:
- Be tech-savvy and continuously learn new tools for data scraping, lead validation, lead sourcing, and lead nurturing, etc.
- Utilize (AI) tools for developing effective communications and campaign strategies.
- Oversee infrastructure setup and maintenance: Take ownership of the email marketing infrastructure, including warm-up, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and server maintenance. Ensure that all technical aspects are correctly set up and optimized to achieve high deliverability rates and comply with email marketing regulations.
- Be hands-on with tools and software: demonstrate proficiency with various tools and software essential for email marketing, such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics software, and deliverability monitoring tools. This includes constantly testing and optimizing tools to maximize campaign performance.
- Stay on top of industry trends and actively seek out new approaches to enhance lead generation efforts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and the team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies, campaign plans, and communications.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies and tactics.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
- Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities and suggest improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality of leads and insights on lead generation tactics.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience of 4+ years in lead generation or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Tools: Reply.io, Apollo, Clay, Make, Hubspot

Working Conditions
- Hours: Full-time / Part-time, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Remote.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
- Accuracy and completeness of lead data.
- Feedback from the Director of Sales and Marketing, and the team.
