Team formation
- The team is formed around the Tech Lead and PM, with long-standing experience of working with us. This guarantees the manageability and predictability of the managed team outsourcing services. We add individuals from our talent pool and conduct interviews with external candidates when we need additional resources. The customer can also conduct interviews with new team members or key team members if requested.
- Resource Allocation can be flexible: 100 - 50 - 25%. The offshore development team works based on the client’s business needs and can temporarily bring in people with the required external expertise, such as designers, automated testers, etc.
- Regardless of whether it's web or mobile application development, the managed team will be appropriately selected, able to fulfill all the requirements, and provide you with exceptional IT outsourcing services.
Delivery process set up
When the self-managed team is formed, the PM and Tech Lead create a backlog of tasks that the team will be responsible for. They establish the delivery process and start bringing results from the first week after signing the contract.

PMs act as a proxy for the Product Owner (PO) and the team. As the backlog and team composition change, their role adjusts accordingly.
