We begin IT outsourcing services with an initial consultation to understand your business needs and goals. The analysis is conducted by one of the co-founders, the Project Manager (PM), and a Tech Lead, ensuring the necessary combination of project attention and high technical skills to make informed decisions and smoothly transition to delivery.
Team formation
- The team is formed around the Tech Lead and PM, with whom we have been working for many years. This guarantees manageability and predictability of the outsourced IT managed services. We add individuals from our talent pool and conduct interviews with external candidates when we need additional resources. The customer can also conduct interviews with new team members or key team members, as desired.
- Resource Allocation can be flexible: 100 - 50 - 25%. The offshore development team works on what the client needs at the moment and has the ability to temporarily bring in people with the required external expertise, such as designers, automated testers, and more.
